Cancellation Policy

For week day stays, you have 21 days prior to cancel at no charge.  If you cancel for a week day stay, within the 21 days of your stay, it is a $15 charge.  If you cancel or do not show up on the week day of your stay, one night charge.  For all weekend and holiday weekends, no matter when you cancel, there is a whole weekend charge NO REFUNDS.  No cancellations or refunds from September till closing.

If you have a site preference, we will make a reasonable effort to honor it. HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee a site preference for less than 1 week reservation.
